Science backed benefits of Yoga

In life it’s not often you can get a sure bet but with our sessions it’s about as close as you can get. Our main modality is yoga but we use also elements from Pilates, thai massage, remedial massage, Shiatsu massage and Ayuveda to ensure you experience deep relaxation, muscle release, strength, toning and flexibility. As yoga teachers we have experienced these benefits and are passionate to share them.
